Last night I got to experience my first hot pot meal. When the fire pit was put at the center of the table we were able to enjoy the fish balls, duck balls, fish dumplings, fish egg dumpling, duck feet, duck leg, tofu, and vegetables. All of which were all being cooked in the ginger broth. Once a particular item was cooked and on our plate each piece was dipped in a delicious sauce before eating! Ah-mazing!
